One of the best and most picturesque outdoor training locations is on our doorstep at Hampton beach foreshore. Imagine training and watching the sun rise over the water in the morning or watching it set in the evening.
In addition, you then get to compliment your outdoor training with specific conditioning training sessions at our indoor studio location, Re-Creation Health Club Hampton. If you ever miss a session, MSHF members can utilise Re-creation's 24/7 gym or classes*
Our extensive timetable is full of variety, caters for all fitness levels and is flexible with no booking required. No two sessions are ever the same.
1-on-1, small group, event specific & rehabilitation
Whether you are training for a specific event, recovering from an injury or want the extra motivation and accountability from a trainer, we have the team to assist you.

Local business memberships are for up to 4 employees and will have training options before work, during lunch time and after work hours.
