Specialising in group personal training we have with the most extensive, family friendly and flexible timetable in Bayside available for you. Alternatively, you may wish to access our 1-on-1 sessions for a specific training goal, special event or adventure experience. No matter if you are a beginner or advanced, our training sessions cater for all fitness levels and you can guarantee our group is extremely friendly .

We love being Bayside and we love the outdoors. This is why we train at picturesque Hampton beach foreshore and have our indoor strength training sessions at Recreation Hampton. Giving you a well balanced routine of outdoor and studio conditioning training.

Outdoor fitness sessions & indoor conditioning training

One of the best and most picturesque outdoor training locations is on our doorstep at Hampton beach foreshore. Imagine training and watching the sun rise over the water in the morning or watching it set in the evening.

In addition, you then get to compliment your outdoor training with specific conditioning training sessions at our indoor studio location, Re-Creation Health Club Hampton. If you ever miss a session, MSHF members can utilise Re-creation's 24/7 gym or classes*

Our extensive timetable is full of variety, caters for all fitness levels and is flexible with no booking required. No two sessions are ever the same.
