The new year always brings a sense of motivation to do things differently. It may be to lose weight, get fit, or spend more time with the family. However too often we find ourselves reverting back to our old habits only weeks later.

The New Year Lifestyle Program (NYLP) however is specifically designed to assist you lay the foundations to achieving the results you desire in 2024 with long term habit change.

It is the best way to kick-start the new year and feel lean, fit and healthy again after an indulgent summer break.

Long Term Results

The new year lifestyle program is focused on a wholistic and balanced approach to long term habit change.

If you are wanting to achieve everything in only a short 8 weeks then this is not the program for you. Unrealistic training routines, restrictive dietary intakes and momentary motivation may work short term. However over a period of time they crash and burn, leaving you feeling disillusioned and nothing will ever work.

However, if real long term change is what you are after then this is for you. During the course of the NYLP you will establish your own razor edge habits that are the key to achieving the long term results and happiness you desire.

 
 
 

New Year Lifestyle Program Overview

  • Long Term Results Online Program
    Set-up 2024 for long term success with our 4-part online workshop program.

  • Nutrition Support & Guidance

    • Expert designed cleanse eating plans (weeks 2 & 6)

    • Nutritious healthy recipe library

    • Foundations to healthy nutrition workshop access

  • Supportive inspired training for all fitness levels

    Be inspired with our supportive training team and have access to group personal training session & gym strength training program. If you are not a current training member you may wish to access:

    • LAT Unlimited - unlimited training access only $65pw

    • LAT limited - 2 sessions weekly only - $45pw

    • 1-on-1 personal training available on request

  • Accountability Coach & Team

    During the program you will be allocated an accountability coach that you can reach out to for extra support if required. Each coach will have a team of participants and a prize for the winning team will be allocated.

  • Accountability Partner

    The program is completed with a partner and a two person team for extra accountability. If you do not have a partner we can match you with one or you can chose to not participate in the partner competition.

  • Weekly Razor Edge Habit Focus

    Each week you will be educated on a different nutrition or lifestyle razor edge habit. This will allow to you to focus on different habits that you may introduce to your daily lifestyle for improved health & wellbeing.

  • NYLP Challenge Day

    The challenge isn't just about training and nutrition, it's meant to be fun and focused on participation. This includes our 2 hour Challenge Day course.

  • Exclusive NYLP Closed Group Page

    Be inspired by other participants and endless support, extra motivation, training tips, discussion and challenge tasks.
