That’s why we have created a structured 14-week on demand trekking preparation program to ensure you are confident in successfully completing your next challenge.

How does it work?

The LAT trekking preparation program is an ‘on demand’ program that can be followed easily from your device with the LAT app.

  • 14-week progressive training program designed by adventure trekking and exercise science specialists

  • Record your progress with strength conditioning, hiking, aerobic conditioning and mobility workouts scheduled weekly
